My trip to Brice Canyon
I’m going to Brice Canyon next fall. Riding my horse through the canyons and camping. I will do some plain air paintings but will capture photos for later watercolors. I love everything about the southwest desert. I live in Idaho in the high desert plains.

A trilogy of desert landscapes
I recently noticed in my portfolio these three Big Bend National Park paintings sort of go together color-wise (blues and greens and rosy browns) but also show the 3 major ecosystems of this desert region-- mountains, river and desert floor-- and all show lush foliage, desert plants being happy. So I bundled them together as a set of prints. We'll see!
