Mountain Mirror presents a sunlit alpine peak reflected in a still lake, with evergreen forest lining the shore. Pale rock and clear blue sky meet the lake’s deep greens and blues, creating a balanced landscape with a quiet, open feel.
Thank you, keen eye, it’s the bottom of the lake that’s not in the shadow of the trees. Sun on my back as I took the picture
Thank you Charles very much, it will take a little to pick a favorite
Hello Rick, this is an interesting image. Are those clouds in the reflection or something else? Just curious.
Beautiful capture, Rick! The reflection is remarkable, almost creating a second landscape beneath the surface. I particularly love the contrast between the rugged mountain peaks, the deep green forest and the stillness of the water. A wonderful example of how nature can create its own perfect composition.
Thank you again, was a fun trip
