I love how the figure isn't centered, just moving through. It keeps the building from feeling like a monument. The muted sky makes the red feel warmer than it probably is in full light, which is exactly the kind of color trick overcast days give you.

The figure on that path does exactly what it needs to do, gives the eye somewhere to land without competing with the building. I used to overthink scale like that in my frames, worrying a small element would get lost, but it's usually the anchor that holds the whole thing together.
