My process for creating patterns

Years ago, I discovered a software called Repper that allows me to upload an image that the software can break apart and reform in specific patterns. The most important part of the process to me is selecting the image. The color combinations in the image are a critical design decision. I only use my own designs that I create with Canva or paint myself. Here is a list of the basic patterns:
