A friend took this picture on his camera and I painted it. It is a sunny, calm, Dillon Colorado day that millions of people come to see in summer and for the winter ski season. It's a place to manke lasting memories. I was married right outside of this area looking down from a cliff on Lake Dillon. A place with summer sailing regattas, magnificent hiking, biking and all winter activities. If you come here to see it in the flesh you will never forget it.
I use oil paints in the true vibrant colors of the area. The later the day the deeper the blue of the mountains but the golden aspen trees glow all the time. It's a restful place but packed with things to do. Don't you want this print on your wall? The original has been sold. Many sizes and framing opportunities exist or just put it on a tote or puzzle for a good memory or dreamy place to look at.
