Ochre Impressions

Description

A warm yellow ground sets off a lively arrangement of rounded, vertical forms in deep red, olive, plum, cream, and charcoal. Layered, tactile brushwork gives each shape its own character, balancing playful rhythm with a grounded palette. This abstract piece brings color and visual interest to a living room, studio, or reading nook.

Artist

I find myself drawn to making abstract pieces with bright but soft style. Currently playing with thick heavy texture but interested in miniatures, repurposing old furniture and accessories. Would love to get into resin, pottery, and eventually glass blowing when I can get a space
