The Knowledge, The Awakening

Description

The Knowledge, The Awakening depicts a winged figure leaning over an open book, surrounded by a dramatic field of amber, red, and yellow. Expressive forms and deep shadows give the scene a sense of discovery and change. Its bold colors and thoughtful subject make a striking addition to a reading nook, study, or living space.

Selftaught as my painting started long before I started painting it all started when I started to have a recurring dream over 10yrs of painting sun set and the urge became so great that I started to paint initially vague, then partially formed. Now what you see is the journey.
