Essa curva do quebra-mar contra o Atlântico lê-se tão claramente. A geometria que você mencionou está fazendo todo o trabalho; não é necessária renderização extra. Sempre tenho que lutar contra aumentar o zoom e acabar exagerando nas bordas assim.
