Curioso sobre direitos autorais?
Ei Patrick, obrigado por me convidar para a comunidade.. Feliz em estar aqui.. Ainda não tenho certeza de sobre o que é totalmente, mas veremos quais tópicos de discussão estão sendo abordados aqui.. acabei de dar uma olhada rápida e estou impressionado até agora. Mas tenho uma pergunta interessante para você, acho? Como você talvez saiba ou não saiba, criei uma comunidade intitulada "Poesia e Arte". Até agora, acho que há cerca de 9 membros. Então, a ideia era combinar os dois meios como uma peça de arte, mais ou menos. Mas aqui está a questão.. as poesias neste site agora são protegidas por direitos autorais de alguma forma? Entendo o conceito de marca d'água, mas e quanto a um poema escrito que é "publicado" neste site? Obrigado por qualquer opinião ou resposta..
In terms of the written word like that there is no mechanism that formally establishes a copyright but how it normally works is if a legal matter crops up you point to the first available publication of the the work to establish ownership.
We do database all of the posts and would be able to assist you any legal disputes that did crop up to prove, with date and timestamps that the content is yours.

Better still we soft launched a system (its not proactively working now but we are working on v2) that searches the internet on your behalf and looks for unauthorized use of your work. So we will be bringing that back shortly.
