Butterfly Portrait

Description

A thoughtful portrait of a woman sits within an expressive landscape of warm ochre, rust, and green. A bright pink butterfly, small floral motifs, and sketched horses add playful detail to the layered composition. Its mix of figurative and abstract elements brings distinctive character to a wall in your home.

Peter Astor

I create expressive, storybook scenes with softly defined figures, textured brushwork, and harmony of color. My paintings are open-ended, to allow the viewer to form an attachment through his personal story.
