Resting Figure

Description

Loose charcoal lines and washes of teal, cream, and warm ochre form an expressive study of the human figure. The reclining pose and loosely suggested face give the composition a quiet, introspective quality, while layered marks keep the surface lively. Its earthy palette and modern feel would bring a distinctive note to your space.
