Color Grove Duo

Description

This diptych presents a lively forest scene where purple tree trunks stand out against vibrant yellow and green backgrounds. The layered dots of foliage create a playful, almost rhythmic movement through the composition. The bold color choices bring a fresh, unexpected energy to the natural landscape. It’s a straightforward piece that adds a splash of brightness and character to any room.

Artist

My painting represents aspects of the flora of the Brazilian interior. There are long brushstrokes that aim to highlight the shapes and colors of these regions. The construction and its mode were designed to be touched and experienced. Creating a sensory experience is a goal.
