On a beautiful, clear evening, I found myself in the company of some rather unusual companions. The cats were quite manageable, but the armadillo's overly friendly demeanor took me by surprise. Discovering a wolfie inside my camera bag served as a strong reminder to always zip it securely while I'm focused on the sky. As the evening progressed and the sky darkened, the Milky Way rose majestically above a row of antique tractors. They are part of an impressive collection belonging to a kind friend and co-worker who graciously allowed me to spend time there. Nestling into a comfortable spot, my attention was soon captured by a blazing fireball streaking across the sky. As I tracked its path, I could only hope that I managed to capture it within the frame—a truly fortunate moment!
