Shapes from Another World

Description

Shapes from Another World presents an abstract landscape in layered shades of deep navy and electric blue. Fluid forms rise across the composition, creating organic silhouettes, open voids, and richly textured details that suggest an unfamiliar terrain. Dramatic contrast gives the piece a mysterious, otherworldly presence. Its bold blue palette brings depth and intrigue to a contemporary space.

Artist

Utilizing the often harsh climatic conditions of Western Norway, I create timeless, etheral works by observing forms and shapes of water. I do "slow photography"; letting motifs mature before capture, from rushing water to the calmness of a lakeshore after the first frost night.
