Hava Gurevich
Visual Artist
My work is at the intersection of Art and Science, and my colorful abstractions feature botanical, aquatic and microscopic motifs.

I have worked closely with Hava Gurevich for just over two years, co-hosting and assisting with her artist peer group, the Breakfast Club, offering art marketing consultation, and helping with the technical setup of her podcast, I Love Your Stories. What stands out most is Hava's passion and intentionality. Her work comes from a deep well of imagination and a principled belief that life is precious and creative expression deeply matters. With her creative eye, she shows us a perspective on the world that most of us have stopped seeing. Not the pervasive presence of geometric cement structures and plastic-encased technology, but the world that was here first — the one we still live alongside, largely forgotten. Hava's work brings vibrancy and an immediate breath of life to the organic world. It is a breath of fresh air, a cool splash of water, a visceral tangle of seaweed you can feel as much as see the moment you encounter it. Her style is instantly recognizable and much needed in a world leaning increasingly toward the hard and unfeeling over the vibrancy of what lives. Working alongside her as she guides artists through honest conversations about their challenges, helps them reassess their approach, and continues to create her own work has been both a pleasure and an honor. In my time knowing her, I have come to understand she is deeply committed to the art world. I have watched as she leads with poise, principle, and a clear, deep-seated belief that art, expression, and the organic world still deserve your attention.
The first thing to stand out is of course Hava's wildly imaginative and colorful style. But beyond being a brilliant artist, what has really impressed me is Hava's passion for lifting up the artist community around her. She is a natural builder and connector, always finding new ways to elevate other creatives. I recommend her without hesitation to collectors looking for striking, original work, and to artists looking for a true collaborator.
