In my work, I seek the incarnational—where the verb is alive in and touchable and the soul is out performing in love and simply is.
LOVE-CENTER-6 is a study of divine and human stewardship.
At first glance, we see a heart in the throes of transformation, textured by the scars and joys of a life deeply lived. But look closer: the heart is not floating in a void. It is resting in a colossal, abstract hand.
This "Hand of Presence" represents the sacred container of our experiences. The thumb exerts a gentle, deliberate pressure—a "squeeze" that is not meant to crush, but to awaken. It is the friction of love; the firm hold that allows us to feel our own pulse.
Through this piece, I explore the tension between being entwined horizontally and winged for eternity. It reminds us that to be truly transformed, we must first allow ourselves to be held—firmly, safely, and eternally—within a love that does not lie.
