This pun points to the way in which the humble pea 🫛 - healthy green and protein rich veggie- might as much of a solution to global issues as more grandiose plans. It alludes to issues of food sharing/wealth sharing, global village and caring for others that are smack in our faces as missing in the right wing leaning world right now. This is part of my post cancer series celebrating the power of green for body and spirit and the healing power of plant proteins for both us and the earth.
