Description
In Ephemeral Bloom, I present a serene figure immersed in a meadow of lilies, roses, and bellflowers. Rendered with luminous skin tones and soft, atmospheric light, the woman appears to merge with the landscape itself. The flowers surrounding her evoke renewal, fragility, and the fleeting beauty of lived experience. Through painterly textures and a dreamlike palette, I reimagine the pastoral tradition, honouring Black femininity as sacred, cyclical, and deeply connected to the earth.
