In the middle panel of "Hallelujah" -- floating between night and day -- includes all the creatures--the four-legged, two-legged, the winged ones. All are encompassed by the no legged snake which is depicted as eating its tail. This is the Ouroboros, a symbol of wholeness, infinity and eternal renewal.
