Curieux à propos du copyright ?
Salut Patrick, merci de m'avoir invité à la communauté.. Content d'être ici.. Je ne suis pas encore sûr de tout ce dont il s'agit, mais nous verrons quelles seront les discussions.. je viens de jeter un coup d'œil rapide et je suis impressionné jusqu'à présent. Mais j'ai une question intéressante pour toi, je pense ? Comme tu le sais peut-être ou pas, j'ai créé une communauté intitulée "Poésie et Art". Jusqu'à présent, je pense qu'il y a environ 9 membres. L'idée était de combiner ces deux mediums en une œuvre artistique, grosso modo. Mais voici la question.. les poèmes sur ce site sont-ils maintenant soumis à des droits d'auteur et protégés d'une manière ou d'une autre ? Je comprends le concept de filigrane, mais qu'en est-il d'un poème écrit qui est "publié" sur ce site ? Merci pour toute contribution ou réponse..
In terms of the written word like that there is no mechanism that formally establishes a copyright but how it normally works is if a legal matter crops up you point to the first available publication of the the work to establish ownership.
We do database all of the posts and would be able to assist you any legal disputes that did crop up to prove, with date and timestamps that the content is yours.

Better still we soft launched a system (its not proactively working now but we are working on v2) that searches the internet on your behalf and looks for unauthorized use of your work. So we will be bringing that back shortly.
