Description
In this original A3 work, the icon of David is stripped of his invulnerability to become the stage for an endless inner struggle. The piece explores the thin line between mythical strength and human fragility, transforming suffering into a monumental ink structure.
The narrative unfolds through two complementary techniques:
The Micro (Doodle Mosaic, Freehand Flow): At the core, the figure is born from a graphic stream of consciousness. This mosaic of micro-marks and symbolic fragments acts as an exposed nervous system, representing the hero's psychic complexity.
The Macro (Cross Hatching): Rigorous cross-hatching intervenes as a sculptural force, defining volumes and carving shadows. It is the "order" that shapes the torment, granting solemn gravity to the muscular form and architectural space.
Ink black carves deep paths into parchment white, creating a visual tension of dark energy. This is a map of a soul bearing the weight of the world through the power of the mark.
