Portrait in Repose

Description

Portrait in Repose depicts a figure with closed eyes, framed by flowing gray hair and a full beard. Loose charcoal lines and warm, muted tones give the portrait a quiet, contemplative mood against its pale ground. Its understated palette makes a thoughtful addition to a reading nook or gallery wall.

Artist

I create vivid, expressive paintings that bring portraits, flowers, animals, and faith-centered stories to life. Through layered color and energetic brushwork, I invite reflection, warmth, and a little wonder into everyday spaces.
