Neugierig auf Urheberrecht?
Hey Patrick, danke, dass du mich in die Community eingeladen hast.. Ich freue mich, hier zu sein.. Ich bin mir noch nicht ganz sicher, worum es genau geht, aber wir werden sehen, welche Themen hier diskutiert werden.. Ich habe nur einen kurzen Blick geworfen und bin bisher beeindruckt. Aber ich habe eine interessante Frage an dich, denke ich? Wie du vielleicht weißt oder auch nicht, habe ich eine Community mit dem Titel "Poetry and Art" gegründet. Bisher gibt es ungefähr 9 Mitglieder. Ziel war es, die beiden Medien als Kunstwerk zu verbinden, grob gesagt. Aber hier ist die Frage.. Sind die Gedichte auf dieser Seite jetzt urheberrechtlich geschützt und in irgendeiner Weise geschützt? Ich verstehe das Konzept des Wasserzeichens, aber was ist mit einem geschriebenen Gedicht, das auf dieser Seite "veröffentlicht" wird? Danke für jegliche Rückmeldung und/oder Antwort..
In terms of the written word like that there is no mechanism that formally establishes a copyright but how it normally works is if a legal matter crops up you point to the first available publication of the the work to establish ownership.
We do database all of the posts and would be able to assist you any legal disputes that did crop up to prove, with date and timestamps that the content is yours.

Better still we soft launched a system (its not proactively working now but we are working on v2) that searches the internet on your behalf and looks for unauthorized use of your work. So we will be bringing that back shortly.
