In a quiet morning meadow, I was blessed to spend almost an hour with this bull moose and create images together. I had searched several locations across 3 states leading up to this morning. Amazing creatures.

An hour with a bull moose is earned time, not luck. That kind of encounter doesn't happen without the search you put in across three states first.

The patience in that wait shows up in the work. I spent two mornings last spring with bluebells in the same clearing, and it was the stillness between frames that gave me anything worth keeping.
