It was tough - but nice. Many good conversations. Some were annoying too. There are always different kinds of people. But the contact with the other artists was also very nice.

I caught the energy in that second clip, the way people were leaning in close to look. That's the part of shows I never see coming, how much the proximity changes things. When someone physically moves closer to study a detail, you know something landed.

I've never done a booth at a big expo but watching artists navigate that space between presenting work and actually connecting with people always fascinates me. The chaos looks exhausting and kind of electric at the same time.
