Prophetic Art & Spiritual Creativity

Love our work together

Have you noticed there is a cohesion to our artwork shown together? Just struck by that this morning. I receive this as a gift. Thanks so much for sharing everyone.

Same here. But maybe we can describe the vibe and intention here a little more..?

Steve yes, the intention of the group was very deliberate on my part. I wanted to create a place where prophetic artists could talk about their work freely and seriously, including helping define what prophetic art is and is not.

It was also a brave step for me personally. I had often felt somewhat alone in this conversation within ASF, and to speak openly about my own process outside the familiar walls of the church felt vulnerable and outside my comfort zone. I was not at all sure how it would be received.

What has surprised me is the atmosphere that has emerged from it. Seeing everyone’s work together, I sense beauty, difference, honesty, and the beginnings of real community. So the intention was purposeful, but the vibe has become something more alive than I expected — and I am enjoying that very much.
