For more than forty years, Jeffery has been building a practice in Lake Zurich that moves between acrylic landscapes, figurative work, and mixed media that weaves human and animal forms into botanical environments. His piece "Dragon Blossom" is a good example of the way he layers watercolor, metallics, resin, and textured glass to capture both the calm and tension he finds in natural settings. This is an artist with serious range and a deep commitment to the work.
