Scammers sound like this

I've listened to some artists ask the (super-helpful) ASF staff about potential customers wanting to complete a large purchase outside of ASF.

These are SCAMMERS, and they sound like this:

"hilary33 commented on Small Win - First Win: Hello, I truly admire your work it’s both creative and inspiring. I would love the opportunity to purchase your work. I’m prepared to pay 2000usd per photo (or another rate you feel is fair). Please let's proceed throughwhattap+1 (240) 989-1359

We're advised to ignore and not to engage. Personally, I'd prefer to string them along for days/weeks and waste their time...but then that would be a waste of my time...

Then again, James Veitch has made a career of it on Youtube and Ted talks (can't link here, but worth looking up for a laugh :0)
