(Post-,Neo-,De-)Constructivism?

I currently work with patterns of modern industrial systems — perforated grids, modular structures, technical fragments, and patterns originally designed and driven by pure function and efficiency.

By removing these forms from their

original context and rearranging them through layering, repetition, and disruption, I try to create compositions that resonate with machines and modern architecture — but are really an attempt to demonstrate the dynamics and logic of modernity and progress.

What interests me most is the paradox of contemporary systems:
the more optimized, interconnected, and technologically advanced they become, the less transparent and comprehensible they seem on a human level.

Are we humans, in this inherently modernized society, servants and enablers of forces that, once awakened, are no longer under our control and no longer in the interest of humanity? Or are we still aware and in control?

I would love to connect with other artists exploring similar ideas around systems, technology, modernity, industrial aesthetics, or abstraction.

Welcome, Martin. Great to have you in the community.

Taking industrial forms out of their functional context and layering them into something that questions progress itself is sharp conceptual work. The fact that it reads as both systematic and unsettled at once is the real catch.
