That's Silver Lake light. I know that particular softness, shot there once at sunset and barely needed to adjust anything in the darkroom later. The water does half the work.

That soft harbor light sits right in the middle of the frame, and somehow it holds the whole composition. The weathered dock pilings anchor it without competing.
