Here's a personal opinion ;-) ...
My photo choices: the 1st and the 3rd (the 1st is interesting with the impression of space and depth it conveys - the 3rd immediately catches the eye with this strong contrast).
The second seems less relevant for a cover with its readability complexity.
Adjustment suggestion: on the 1st photo, move 2027 to the right so that it sits on a free area and it could even be enlarged.
On the 3rd photo, also move 2027 just above the URL of your site.
