Everyone starts out knowing absolutely nothing. The more time you can spend practicing, the sooner you can get where you want to be. Your brain’s perception of a landscape might be totally different than anyone else’s. One person’s might look like a photograph, another’s might be very abstract. Picasso started doing more detailed paintings and eventually evolved to very abstract that doesn’t look like much of anything. Do you want to copy someone else’s work or have your own style?
Not implying that your work is childish but you could call your painting something like “God’s creation from the eyes of a child”.
That silhouette against the twilight gradient reads honest, the blue looks like you were actually out there in the cold waiting for that specific hour. The tree's placement gives the composition real weight without trying too hard.

I'm right there with you on wanting to keep learning. Early on I thought I'd figured out landscapes after a couple decent shots, then spent three years relearning light from scratch. The hardest part for me was accepting that what worked one morning wouldn't work the next, that patience mattered more than gear. What's pulling you toward wanting to learn more right now?
I feel like an amateur artist. No matter how long I work on a piece or how hard I try, my art does not look like other artists. It looks cartoon ish to me. I want to learn realism and develop a true style of my own.
Landscapes are outdoor spaces with a light source, the sun to be exact. Think about shadows.
