Hi. New to the site. Just wanted to say hi. This is one of my smaller pieces. I call it LANDED. Fun note: the fish hook was make from a lag bolt that I heated and hammered into shape.

Weighted fatigue post fight is evident and encapsulated well in this sculpture. Looks as if it weighs a 1000 pounds!

The lag-bolt hook is a great detail to share. That kind of problem-solving, needing a specific shape and making it yourself, shows up in the final piece whether people know the backstory or not. What made you decide this one was finished at this size instead of pushing it larger?
