The light you've caught on those petals is really something. There's a softness to it that feels like morning in a garden, not harsh noon. I'd love to see what happens if you push the greens a little deeper in the next one, sometimes a darker leaf makes the bloom feel even lighter by contrast. That's what I had to learn painting my own tulip beds, anyway.

I'm not a painter so I can't speak to technique, but I'm drawn to the color choices here, feels like there's a mood you're working toward. The softness in the background pulls my eye differently than the sharper foreground details.
