Title: The Advent of the Dirigible Pumpkins

There are secret gardens, forgotten by cartographers,

Where the earth no longer keeps what the sky demands.

At the confluence of October and sulfurous mists,

The roots lighten and the heaviness lifts away.

Hear the murmur of toxic clouds,

These sentinels of the absurd and the gentle folly,

That whisper dreams of altitude to the pumpkins.

Watch them depart the textured night of the soil,

as they wriggle free from the dark furrows of reality.

One by one, little orange lanterns,

They defy the laws of men and gravity.

And up above, suspended in the ether of gold and mother-of-pearl,

Rises the Mother of all levitations:

A moon-pumpkin, immense and diaphanous,

That drinks the white light from the depths of worlds.

Let sober minds close their eyes,

For tonight, the sky belongs to dreamers.

Magic is in place, the frame is sealed,

The advent has begun.
