Maid and Passing Dog

Description

A quiet, whimsical street scene unfolds against a softly weathered wall: a maid lifts a sheet beside a small brick opening while a passerby walks a white dog. Restrained colors and generous open space give the painting a playful, storybook feel. Its understated humor and calm palette make a thoughtful addition to a living room, hallway, or reading nook.

Artist

I paint beachfronts, familiar landmarks and artist homages with warmth, vivid colour, and a touch of quiet humour. My work (hopefully) includes wonder in everyday places and the unexpected in familiar scenes. Usually including a man and his dog.
