Description
This large collage is comprised of hundreds of actual letters, printed on rice paper, from soldiers, spies, nurses, and victims of war from the trojan wars to the present, worldwide, from BC to current day. A ghostly image of dead king wearing a crown emerges from overlapping letters beckoning us to ask "what is it all for" but the whims of rich kings and their egos, using cpmmon men and women as weapons, and to imagine the millions of people who might exist had their ancestor not have died for some long dead kings' ego.
