My aim when working on a theme or series is to allow my subconscious mind to express itself freely in abstract form, unhindered by conscious thought. The actual critical decision-making phase occurs later. Dare I add that intuition is sort of like the patron saint of art.

Education
1981 – Diploma of Arts – Alexander Mackie College of Advanced Education. 1983 – Graduate Diploma in Professional Art Studies, Sydney College of Advanced Education. 1984 – Bachelor of Visual Arts – City Art Institute. 1985 – Emigrated to Canada. Taught art classes for four years at the Burlington Culture Centre, Burlington, Ontario Canada. 1990 – 2000 - Opened and managed art gallery in Kimberley, British Columbia. Now ☀️ Based painting full-time in Lutana, nipaluna / Hobart.
