Veggies are much like the Golden Egg of fairy tales. You plant one small seed and it grows to a jungle that just keeps giving and giving. As I acknowledge the healing path that has helped me move beyond my cancer diagnosis, the move to a plant based diet is key. I salute the veggie kingdom and the wealth of so much goodness for our bodies- perhaps the biggest contributor to overall health.
