Michele Tabor Kimbrough's visually vibrant and fun interpretation of Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky's (1839 - 1881) 'Pictures at an Exhibition' musical composition. Mussorgsky created it in tribute to his friend, the painter and architect Viktor Hartmann which was inspired while visiting his friends art exhibit. Notable movements include: "Gnomus", "The Old Castle", "Tuileries" (Children's quarrel after games), "Bydlo" (the ox cart), "Ballet of the Unhatched Chicks", "Samuel Goldenberg and Schmuyle" (portraits), "The Market at Limoges, "Catacombs", "Baba Yaga's Hut on Fowl's Legs", and the "The Great Gate of Kiev".
