This is the first of my paintings in which a spiral orb appears, representing a Divine influence. In this piece, I was exploring the need for patience after praying for Divine intervention. You need faith that help will finally arrive. The tattered and bloody wings of the angels are a symbol of their long journey and all that had to be done for resolution to occur.The original is a 19” x 15”/15” x 19” (width first) gouache on textured paper painting.
