A view of the Hudson River in Hyde Park, New York at the Vanderbilt Estate. From the edge of the road leading away from the buildings, on the North end of the grounds, there are fields that dip into a valley toward the river. In this area, many visitors come to sit and enjoy the view of grassy fields lined with trees, which reveal a peek of the Hudson River, and on a clear day, the low rolling Catskill Mountains can be seen in the distance.
