Concept and Genesis: This project originates from a fascination with the "zero point"—the moment where cold, binary digital information intersects with the biological complexity of life. It is an exploration of extracting hidden beauty from raw, technical structures, reflecting the struggle between data chaos and the order of matter. Technique: Digital Genetic Relief Each layer of the polymer acts as the "genetic code" of the object. Through precise, brutal thermal fusion, I translate mathematical algorithms into a physical structure that becomes a new, synthetic tissue. This is a fusion of biology and digital files—a transformation of abstract information into a tangible entity. The Message: The piece serves as a record of consciousness in an algorithmic world. It demonstrates that even within the realm of harsh, industrial technology, it is possible to extract beauty that serves as a unique testament to human presence within digital data. The work highlights the tension between the human element and the machine, where technique is no longer just a tool, but a new layer of reality. A note on the photography: Please excuse the quality of these photographs. I am not a professional photographer, and unfortunately, these images fail to capture the true depth, texture, and physical intensity of the piece. The actual work has a presence and structural detail that a camera lens simply cannot fully convey.
