This work may not seem particularly special. It may even resemble many other mediocre abstract pieces. For me, however, looking back five years, it marks a pivotal shift in my artistic practice and thinking. It signals the moment when I realized that my painting was moving beyond inward emotional processing and toward a fascination with modern forms, structures, and the visual logic of contemporary life—a new universe of thought. Rather than functioning merely as a form of expressive release, the work reflects a growing interest in how art can reveal systems, tensions, and underlying frameworks. In this sense, it may be understood as an early and formative precursor to my current constructivist-referencing direction.
