The Blue Whale is the largest animal on the planet. The average adult is about 80 to 90 feet long, but can reach up to 110 feet and up to 200 tons or more. Females are typically larger than males. Their heart is the size of a small car (Volkswagen Beetle) and tongue weighs as much as an elephant. Their Spout (Blow) is up to 30-35 feet. We saw many in Loreto Mexico. They are Baleen whiles and can eat up to 7900 (3600kg) pounds of krill per day. They are listed as endangered.
