Powerful Force - Bighorn Sheep

I looked at all your photos and liked them all, its late and i wasn't able to atcutally hit the heart to convey my like. At first, I thought you were a photographer, then I realized you were a painter. I live in upstate NY too. I do a study of a bird or my pets, still not comfortable with anything ultra real, but I am fascinated by the work you do. Even in this painting, the grass is done beautifully. the Bighorn sheep's textured coat and his horn contrasted by that familiar upstate NY sky is beautiful. If you have a show I'd love to go. I live in Syracuse. I want to paint an opossum. My youngest rescue dog got a second opossum and set it at my feet in the living room. The first one she tossed around in the back yard. I took it to a wild life rehab place. I wasn't able to get in touch with them this time, so I fed it made sure it was ok and let it out this evening. i watched it sprint to the nearest tree and climb to about 15 feet up. It stayed there for quite a while. I feel an affinity with that opossum now and would like to do a few studies, create a portrait. hope I can meet up with you.
