"THE ENDLESS CALVARY OF DEPORTATIONS" presents a touching scene from the deportations of unwanted families by the communist regime to isolated concentration camps. Accompanied by armed police, in difficult transport conditions, loaded into a truck with small children, with household furnishings and personal belongings, they also had to face difficult natural conditions, rain, and were protected by circumstantial means. In the compositional construction of the moment, the author is based on the story of the victims themselves who experienced those moments.
The figures, covered in pale tones, convey a deep sense of despair and endurance, their expressions reflect the weight of the conflict. The interplay of light and shadow increases the emotional gravity, drawing the viewer into their struggle for safety. This work of art serves as a powerful reminder of the human spirit in the face of hardship, making it a compelling addition to any space.
