As a performer artist with good skills contemporary dance, I start from my body as a brush. I treat painting as an unique live performative event.
A raw, visceral abstraction born in the heat of live performance, “Walpurgis Night” captures the collision of body, sound, and myth. Created in front of an audience, the artist’s own body became the brush—moving through contemporary dance to the thunderous pulse of Rammstein.
Layers of turbulent color and gesture evoke ritual, transformation, and primal energy, echoing the ancient night of fire and spirits. Each mark is a trace of movement, each texture a fragment of rhythm—an unrepeatable moment frozen on canvas.
This work is the result of a visceral artistic act, created in real time during the larger Performance titled < Je ne regretted Rien > in front of an audience, where the boundaries between body, gesture, and emotion dissolve completely.
A powerful, atmospheric piece that embodies chaos, intensity, and the poetry of motion.
