Descripción
This work is a contemporary reinterpretation of one of the most important icons of Albanian painting – Kol Idromenos’ “Sister Tone.” Instead of following the academic lines of the original, i give this figure a new life through powerful colors, bold contrasts, and an approach that comes from within my personal sensibility, not from an attempt at literal reproduction.
