During the artists’ awards reception, Stephanie Brown, announced the winners of People’s Choice in the RAL January exhibits, “Anything Goes” and “New Year, New Art.” While the shows were on display, visitors to the RAL Art Center voted for their favorite art work in each show. The votes were tallied on the last day of the shows. For “Whatever You Want exhibit,” the most votes and First Place went to Linda Reichert’s “Unexpected Tenant,” an oil painting.

the judges awarded Third Place, with a cash award of $500, to “Surf’s Up,” an oil painting by Linda Reichert for its “exactly the uplifting imagery you want to see driving the street.”
